Helen Nault
Having built a successful real estate career in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Helen Nault continues to bring the same level of care and commitment to her Stratton area clients and customers. An exceptional realtor, Helen understands what Stratton second-home buyers are looking for, having been one herself.
She knows what it’s like to make the commute from “down country” every weekend and what makes a vacation home perfect for a ski family. Helen has a long history of helping families find the home they will enjoy for years to come, fulfilling the dreams of several “new to Stratton” customers. Since her sons were young, her family has been deeply immersed in the resort, especially the racing program, where her husband John continues to coach on weekends. Her oldest sons also attended the prestigious Stratton Mountain School.
The Selling and Buying process for Helen’s clients and customers is enhanced by her personal experience, knowledge and expertise with resort properties and the surrounding towns of Manchester and Dorset. She enjoys introducing them to the area and identifies with their needs, having lived the lifestyle for so many years. Her significant sales include an extraordinary Stratton Mountain estate that sold for $3.2M.
With her grown children dispersed along the east coast, she and John love to spend their time in the Green Mountains playing golf in the summer and skiing as often as possible. Helen still loves to get back to Fairfield County, often referring to it as the “reverse commute”.
